Begin your journey toward becoming a confident, compassionate yoga teacher through the Pause. Practice. Peace. 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training led by Tara Bresnick. As a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200), our curriculum meets the standards for Yoga Alliance certification while offering a deeply personal, immersive learning experience. Over the course of this training, you'll deepen your personal practice, explore the philosophy and anatomy of yoga, develop confident teaching skills, and learn how to lead meaningful, inclusive classes rooted in authenticity and presence.
Whether your goal is to teach or simply transform your own practice, this training is designed to support your growth every step of the way. Your enrollment includes comprehensive training materials, hands-on mentorship, and a welcoming community dedicated to learning, connection, and lifelong practice.
Training Schedule
The Pause. Practice. Peace. 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is a six-month immersive program designed to help you build a strong personal practice while developing the confidence and skills to teach. Each weekend builds upon the last, moving from student to teacher through a thoughtful, progressive curriculum.

Phase 1 • The Student
January 30 – March 7
Build a strong foundation by exploring yoga philosophy, history, Sanskrit, Ayurveda, meditation, and the roots of the practice while deepening your own personal experience on the mat.
Rest & Integration Weekend: February 13–14
Phase 2 • The Body
March 13 – May 2
Study both modern anatomy and traditional yogic anatomy to better understand movement, breath, alignment, biomechanics, chakras, mudras, bandhas, and the subtle body.
Rest & Integration Weekend: March 27–28
Phase 3 • The Teacher
May 8 – May 23
Develop the skills to confidently lead classes through posture breakdowns, alignment, observation, cueing, modifications, practice teaching, and teaching labs.
Phase 4 • The Guide
May 29 – June 6
Learn how to sequence safe, purposeful classes, adapt to different student populations, create meaningful themes, and cultivate your own authentic teaching voice.

June 12 –13
Complete your final practicum and assessments while exploring yoga ethics, professional development, and the business of teaching. Celebrate your journey during Graduation Weekend as you step confidently into your role as a yoga teacher.

*Attendance is expected for all scheduled training weekends. Three designated Rest & Integration Weekends are built into the program to allow time for reflection, study, and personal practice.*
Tuition & Payment Options
Your investment in the Pause. Practice. Peace. 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training includes comprehensive course materials, hands-on mentorship, teaching labs, and six months of immersive learning designed to support your growth as both a practitioner and teacher.
Tuition Options
Pay in Full: $2,950 Includes the required $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit.
Payment Plan: $3,200 Total Investment A $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance may be completed through one of the following payment options:
5-Month Payment Plan $540/month for 5 months
3-Month Payment Plan $900/month for 3 months
All tuition must be paid in full before graduation and the issuance of your 200-hour certificate.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The $500 enrollment deposit is non-refundable and secures your place in the program.
Students who cancel enrollment 30 days or more before the program start date may receive a refund of tuition paid, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.
Students who cancel enrollment fewer than 30 days before the program start date are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise approved by Program Director, Tara Bresnick.
Once the training begins, all tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes withdrawal due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, inability to complete program requirements, or failure to meet attendance or participation requirements.
If a student chooses to withdraw after the program begins, any remaining tuition balance remains the responsibility of the student unless otherwise determined by the Program Director.
Pause. Practice. Peace. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled before the start date, students will receive a full refund of payments made or may choose to transfer their tuition to a future training.
